Our team

The quality of provided services greatly depends on strong teamwork. The agency management may recommend the best team for your project, but ultimately it is your choice. You can elect whomever you feel the most comfortable with to work on your project.
Moreover, it is natural for members of management to take part in preparation and implementation of projects for our clients. We are not an administrative „juggernaut“. We are resilient, flexible, bright, creative and also a progressive agency in the way of thinking and approach. Rest assured you can be in touch with us whenever needed and without fear of being overlooked or forgotten. The owners of the company are actively involved in managing and running the agency, and through modern management tools, they are aware of the course and state of the running contracts.

We aren’t an agency of solo players, but a team of strong individualities. Although we are creative people, we never lose sense of reality as our work is based on clear statistical data and surveys. Our goal is client satisfaction and profit. We want to know that our work is valued. We take pride in this.

Organizational structure of agency

Ing. Petr Linda, Director/CEO: Petr graduated from the „SPŠ“ graphic school in Prague (1988). Following this, he studied at the Technische Universität in Leipzig in the printing, publishing and media department - graduating in 1994. Since 1993, he has acted as a co-owner and executive director of C&COM Advertising (formerly Company for commercial printing, Ltd.). Petr speaks English, German and Russian. In addition to his professional interests, he is a devoted family member and enjoys golf, tennis, fishing and other sports. Since 2001 he's been a member of the Association of Czech Advertising Agencies and Marketing Communication, and since 2003, a regular lector of the Czech Institute of Advertising and Marketing Communication ČIRMK at the University of International and Public Relations Prague. In 2007 he was elected as a member of the E3 Network Presidium - an international independent network of advertising agencies.
Jakub Fabel, Creative Director: Graduated from the Secondary Technical School, field of graphic design and then studied two years of VŠUP University. After the establishment of the agency, he interrupted his studies and ventured into the field of advertising. In addition to graphic design and marketing, he deals with the design of building interiors and exteriors, play writing and the realization of cultural events. He is a member of the Alfred Radok's Endowment Fund board of trustees. His hobbies include writing, graphics, fishing and sports. Over the last few years, he has concentrated on the implementation and promotion of public-interest activities. He is a member of the „OS POST bellum“ Civic Association.
Alena Foster, MBA, Key Account Manager: Alena's been working in the agency since 2006. In 2008, she received an MBA degree at the ESMA Barcelona University where she studied marketing and management. She speaks fluent English and Spanish, and therefore she deals not only with local clients but with foreign clients as well. Before she started her university studies, she spent several years travelling and discovering America, the Caribbean and Canada. Alena is an adventurer, likes diving, reading spy books, watching ice-hockey and sometimes she plays basketball.
Petr Koten, Account Manager: Petr graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague. He has been working at C&COM Advertising since 2011. Previously, he spent 4 years in the marketing department at Bernard Family Brewery and then 14 years in banking, working in various marketing and product and project management positions. In his leisure, his family takes first priority. Petr likes travelling – preferably to mountains small or large – mountain biking and other sports.
Karolína Vyskočilová, Account Executive: Karolína would like to be a successful manager and a colleague who is kind, amusing, prompt and original, as well as forever young, healthy and full of energy. A graduate of Josef Škvorecký Literary Academy, she would like to publish an amazing novel which people would love to read. She wishes to be an invincible tennis player, ski racer and professional golfer. She is presently working intensively to be all of the above.
Markéta Ziková, Account Executive: Markéta graduated in chemical pharmaceutical studies. After graduating, she worked in the gastronomy sector and ran a small shop selling imported goods. She has had the opportunity to spend lots of time travelling, working and experiencing life in the USA. Her main hobbies include travelling, literature, and getting together with friends.
Josef Ryba, New Business: Josef graduated from the Higher Commercial Academy of the Czech-Swiss Institute with a focus on marketing and management. He also completed a year-long language course in English at the J.A. Komenský Academy, with a two-month residency in Israel. As he was unable to fulfil his dream of a professional sports career due to injury, he started working in advertising, media and marketing. He has devoted himself to this profession for 14 years already and continues to enjoy it. In his free time, he does sports, enjoys reading, and is interested in culture, the theatre, nature, travelling, and going to his cottage. He also likes cooking – in particular, making specialty foods in his smokehouse. Despite life’s obstacles, he maintains optimism and especially a sense of humour.
Markéta Mayerová, Event Manager: She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague. Since 1991, she’s been a presenter on radios Kiss 98 Fm and New Alpha, a program presenter at Videobox CT 1, NOVA – morning show „Snídaně s novou“, Basta Fidli, co-author and presenter of programs Rande, Dobré Bydlo and Vabank on NOVA TV station and Pelmel on TOP TV.
The author of two books, numerous paintings and co-author of one daughter :-) She cooperates with the C&COM Advertising agency as a project manager on creative solutions of client events.
Martin Chramosil, CFO/Director of Finance: He has been working in the C&COM Group for 15 years. He’s very proud of working for the C&COM group and considers being a part of our team a dream come true. His greatest personal achievement he sees in his happy family - two children and 15 years spent with one stable partner. Time which is not filled with work or family, he spends on active leisure - cycling (MTB). He also enjoys friends who he can rely on, nature and good food. He's a Libra optimist.
Jarmila Fantová, Accountant: Jarmila has been working as an accountant in the agency for 4 years. She is in charge of everything involved in this area. She spends leisure time with her family and, when there is some time left for herself, she reaches for a book, preferably a humorous one. She is pleased with a good movie, a nice show, a trip with beautiful weather, a slow journey by train or car - in short, anything that will help her to recharge her energy, enjoy something and meet other life optimists.
Radek Janota, Production: He's been in production, business and marketing since 1992. He is a communicative, dynamic personality with the ability to absorb all the necessary information needed and to achieve all the objectives and desires of our clients :-). His aim is to always move the projects a bit further. In his free time, he's dedicated to his family and golf.

Lucie Barbušová, Art Director: Lucie graduated the Václav Hollar Art School with a specialisation in graphic design. During her career, she has worked at the agency Y&R as a graphic designer and at the agencies Branaldi Partners and Onyx as art director. She enjoys her work and likes visual arts. In her free time, she rides her bike or snowboards in winter months. She loves travelling, nature, music and photography.
Ondřej Král, Graphic designer: Ondrej graduated from the Vaclav Hollar Art School in Advertising Art. After completing his studies, he worked for the agencies Euro R.S.C.G. (as a Junior Graphic Designer) and Drive Production (as Art Director) and also gained experience in textile graphics with Alpine Pro. He enjoys watching a good movie or hiking through nature. In addition to graphic design, he is also actively engaged in sports and music.
Michal Fajt, DTP Operator/IT Specialist: He began his career as a lithographer in a self-adhesive labels printing-house. He then worked in a graphic studio where he spent nine long years gathering experience. Now he oversees that everything runs smoothly in the studio. Among his greatest interests belongs badminton which he plays on a high amateur level.
Alena Vidímová, DTP Operator/ Graphic designer: Alena graduated from the Vocational School of Printing in Prague with a specialisation in graphic reproduction.in the early 1990s, she worked at the firm Polygrafie a.s. Later she joined the newspaper Lidové noviny, and since 1994 she has worked at C&COM Advertising (previously the Company for Commercial Printing). She enjoys spending free time with her family. Alena likes nature and she formerly was an active archer.
Pavla Tesařová, DTP operator/graphic designer: She started her career as a graphic artist in the agency four years ago. In addition to preparing print/ corporate materials for The Bala Retail Network and The Cepos buying alliance, she is also dedicated to professional photography which takes most of her free time. Aside from these things, she is devoted to breeding rats, mostly the hairless Sphynx breed.
Ondřej Turek, DTP operator/graphic designer: Ondrej’s an occasional performer, and has spent 7 years of his professional life in the C&COM Advertising agency. He has also worked with cloth and screen printing. In his leisure time, he is devoted to amateur theater, and he really loves punk.
Jan Kubeš, Copywriter/graphic designer: He graduated at the SPS graphic school on Hellichova street in Prague. During the early 90's, he worked as a graphic artist at Polygrafie Inc. and later in the Baroa Graphic Studio, Ltd. Since 1993, he has cooperated externally with the C&COM Advertising agency as a graphic designer, copywriter and consultant in design, technical publications and print editing. Besides this, he deals with processing and editing of publications for several small publishers and non-profit organizations. When not working, he enjoys playing guitar or taking a bicycle trip.
MichaelaHabartová, Secretariat: Michaela spent her childhood in the South Bohemian town of Strakonice. For the past 8 years, she has been living in Prague where, in 2009, she completed her bachelor’s degree at J. A. Comenius University in Adult Education. Her main interests include dancing, various sports, studying foreign languages, and reading Agatha Christie's detective stories. Michaela is a dance teacher and Zumba instructor. She works as receptionist at C&COM Advertising.
